    • We offer multiple shipping options.
      • When you place an order of $50 or more you qualify for free shipping. Shipping time varies between 3-7 business days.


Returns & Exchanges

    • Find the product that’s right for you
      • We want to make sure that you’ll never end up with a product you dislike.
    • If you tried our product and don’t like it
      • There is no need to return it. Reach out to our team within 3 business days of receiving your order, let us know you didn’t like it and we’ll refund you the price of the product in store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will help you find the right product for you. 
    • Didn’t think it was meant to be and never even opened your product
      • You can return unopened, unused products within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund in your original payment method or a store credit. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. The customer will need to cover the shipping fees to send the item back to us. Returns are available to US customers only. Email hello@littlemoonessentials.com and include ‘Return’ in the subject line with your order #. We will get back to you with next steps.

*Please note, all orders shipped with a Gift With Purchase must include the gift item with the return. If the gift is not included, the value of the gift will be deducted.

    • What if my product is missing from the order or arrives damaged, spilled or broken?
      • If a product is missing from your order or if a product arrives broken, damaged, or having spilled, please email us at hello@littlemoonessentials.com and include ‘Damaged Order #’ and a photo of the product(s) that were damaged, and we will have a replacement shipped out to you right away.
