Herbalist And Formulator


  • 1-2+ years of experience in bath and body care formulations
  • Certification by school or professional organization
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours/week

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create new formulas on a quarterly basis using natural ingredients, herbs and essential oils
  • Possesses extensive experience in a range of product formulations across multiple categories
  • Responsible for developing products that deliver on specific consumer and market-driven needs
  • Determines stability of the formulation and ensures commercial feasibility
  • The ability to execute work under minimal supervision
  • Exhibits independent, innovative thinking in proposing novel products and formulation approaches.
  • Assures that all testing to guarantee a marketable final product is on schedule. Precisely measure product characteristics and make timely recordings of the results
  • Record and document procedures with detail and accuracy. This includes batch/lot records and training records
  • Assists in resolving product or process problems
  • Trains, coaches, directs, provides formulation guidance, and conducts critical formula reviews for other formulators and formulation colleagues
  • Collaborating with various cross functional teams
  • Provide new ideas, concepts and final products to the team based off research and market trends

Social Media Director


  • 4 year degree
  • Devoted social media user with 3-5 years experience managing content across all platforms
  • Time management skills
  • Availability to work non-traditional work hours (including weekends and evenings)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graphic design and photoshop skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social strategy across Instagram, Facebook and launch Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube and TikTok
  • Create content to share and post across all social media platforms
  • Provide weekly social media content plans for approval
  • Manage social media calendar
  • Execute all social media posts by implementing the content created
  • Engage with audience by responding to comments, messages, questions, and issues
  • Manage campaigns pre-approved by marketing
  • Manage Brand Partnerships and collaborations
  • Grow following and engagement across all platforms - maintain advanced knowledge of growth techniques and best practices
  • Provide insight on new trends in the market to implement across social platforms
  • Manage influencer gifting and planning
  • Manage social media giveaways, takeovers and partnerships
  • Manage paid social posts by targeting specific market groups across all channels to increase sales
  • Track analytics and report key findings in order to continue growth and maximize engagement and conversion
